Admin Panel > General Admin > Configuration

The title of your forum will appear in different places

1- At the top of all the pages of your forum (if you ticked "Yes" to "Display forum title" in Admin Panel > General Admin > Headers)

2- Above the frame where the topics are displayed. By clicking there, you get back to the forum homepage

3- In e-mails sent via your forum

4- In the forum directory if you wanted to have your forum indexed there

5- The title is also used to have your forum indexed by search engines (Google, Yahoo, msn, etc.)













What happens if I put something else than simple text?

If you don't put anything, in the title zone, all the zones indicated in the screenshots will be blank

If you put html code in the title zone, the code will be shown in messages sent via your forum. For example, if you put :

<H6>FORUM TITLE</H6>

In the zone 1, il will appear like this FORUM TITLE. In the zone 2, it won't change. In the zone 3, it will be written <H6>FORUM TITLE</H6>

If you put a banner in the title zone, the banner will be displayed twice (zones 1 and 2) and in the zone 3, you will have <img src="ADRESS OF YOUR BANNER">
